Biography
Marie Obegi is a French-Lebanese artist based in London. Her figurative works centre around materiality, narration and savoir-faire, using drawing as a medium with which to explore the human psyche. Fragmenting and distorting her subjects, they are multifaceted, and a dialogue is created between each work in her series, opening them to the spectator’s interpretation.
